Welcome to Harmony Counseling and Wellness PC, a space dedicated to your mental well-being and personal growth. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) based in Boston, MA, with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and over six years of experience supporting individuals on their wellness journeys.

I believe therapy is more than just a space to talk—it’s a place to be seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach blends warmth, humor, and empowerment, creating a supportive environment where you can confidently navigate life’s challenges. Regardless of your background or identity, I am here to listen, collaborate with you, and guide you toward achieving self-actualization.

I provide assessments and documentation for external systems, including evaluations, letters for emotional support animals, Gender affirming care, and academic accommodation requests. I’m familiar with the intersection of mental health and school or legal systems and can help advocate for what you or your child needs.

Empowering You to Navigate Life's Challenges

Children and adolescents often face a wide range of challenges, including academic, behavioral, emotional, and developmental issues. With over 10 years of experience in this area, therapy focuses on supporting young people in ways that honor their unique needs and strengths. Caregivers and school teams are integral partners in the process, helping to build consistency and support across both home and school environments.

Many individuals face the layered challenges of complex trauma and chronic stress, whether from ongoing medical issues, academic or workplace discrimination, family conflict, or long-term emotional exhaustion. In therapy, we create a compassionate and supportive space to unpack these experiences together, working to foster resilience and healing at a sustainable pace.

Navigating state systems, such as DMH, DDS, DCF, and SSI, can be overwhelming. With a long history of advocacy work in Massachusetts, I support individuals and families in understanding and accessing the resources they need to thrive. The goal is to help clients feel more empowered and less isolated as they navigate complex systems of care and support.

For many, faith and spirituality are meaningful sources of strength and guidance. Therapy can honor these values by creating a culturally responsive space where identity, belief systems, and personal practices are respected and thoughtfully integrated into the healing process.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I’m experienced in helping families access the support they need, whether that’s navigating IEPs and 504 plans or providing referrals for further evaluation.

Life transitions like changing schools, moving, ending relationships, or planning for college or career can bring up a mix of emotions. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process these changes, and consider what’s next. Together, we explore challenges and possibilities with care and curiosity.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for those who are new to the process or unsure of what to expect. Sessions are designed to feel welcoming and grounded, providing a space where clients can feel safe, seen, and understood from the outset.

As we work together, I remain attentive to your needs and goals, and sometimes that includes identifying when additional or specialized support is needed. If a higher level of care or different expertise would better serve you, I’ll help connect you to the right resources. The priority is always your growth, well-being, and self-actualization—even if that means working with someone else who’s the best fit.

Reaching out for support takes courage. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to take that first step. I'm here to walk alongside you, offering care, collaboration, and intention as you navigate your path forward.
